Church weekend at Home 2025

A terrific start to our church weekend at home on Friday evening where we enjoyed delicious chicken curry, veg dhal with all the trimmings followed by chocolate cake and vanilla icecream. Trevor introduced us to our speaker Stuart and gave us a flavour of Saturday mornings sessions on Isaiah 56 & 58.

We had a fantastic day on Saturday starting off with 2 great sessions on Isaiah from our guest speaker Dr. Stuart Murray-Williams. You can catch up with these here. Some of the men enjoyed watching the Fulham v Crystal Palace FA Cup Quarter final - Eagles! Some went for a lovely wander round Littleheath Woods and some helped to prepare flowers for the morning service.
This evening we had good fun at the musical quiz which the young adults romped home with the prize scoring double the runners up score [😀] Thank you to Sheridan Smith - what a talented guy!

Sunday morning, Stuart preached on Isaiah 61 at our morning service where he shared his thoughts on this passage.
